Using the Customer Feedback Hub

The Cision Customer Feedback Hub is directly connected to our Voice of the Customer platform. This will allow you to directly submit feedback to the Voice of the Customer program, Product Management, and other internal teams!

This feedback and support button in the upper-right of the menu bar offers you easy access to share feedback about the platform and customer experience.  

It also includes links to contact support if you require immediate assistance within the platform, access to the knowledge guide, as well as, an archive of your comments shared through the feedback widget.

Submit Feedback and View Feedback History:

US-English Customers can submit feedback by clicking on the feedback button in the upper right-hand corner of the platform.

This will then open a widget in the bottom right corner of the screen that allows you to select the following:

  • Submit Feedback
  • View your Feedback History
  • Access the Resource Centre
  • Access the Live Learning calendar
  • Reach out directly to the Customer Support Team
  • Clicking on Submit Feedback will open a new screen, where you can type feedback and use basic editing tools.

  • You will be prompted to select the urgency of your feedback, with 0 being non-urgent up to 3 being extremely urgent.
  • Clicking on the Submit Feedback button will then bring a confirmation screen.

  • You can return to the main screen by clicking on the Back button, the Close button or bottom arrow.
  • You can view your feedback history by clicking on My Feedback History button.


Access Training and Help Resources:

  • Click on the Resource Centre button to access the Client Knowlege Base and Help Site.


  • Click on the Live Learning button to register for live webinars led by the Cision Training Team.


  • Click on the Customer Support button to reach out directly to the Customer Support Team.
