Actions can be taken with Saved Searches in the form of Alerts. You may set up alerts for Percentage of an increase in mentions or to alert you when new mentions are found. If you want to make changes to the recipients or Alert itself, you can begin the process to edit, pause/resume and delete any of your existing Alerts from any page in Cision Social Listening.
Editing Alerts:

2. Click on the Envelope icon from any page. 3. Click on the Ellipses button. 4. Select Edit to make changes to your alert or add additional recipients. | ![]() |

Pausing and Resuming Alerts:

2. Click on the Envelope icon from any page. 3. Click on the Ellipses button. 4. Select Pause to stop your alert. | ![]() |
5. Select Resume to continue receiving the alert. | ![]() |
Deleting Alerts:
1. Click on the Social Listening Tab. | ![]() |
2. Click on the Envelope icon from any page. 3. Click on the Ellipses button. 4. Select Delete to remove the alert. | ![]() |

NOTE: Once an Alert is deleted, it cannot be retrieved. If you delete an Alert and want to receive it again, the Alert will need to be created again. |
