Adding Assets and Reports to an Existing Campaign

As your campaign or project progresses, you can add new or existing reports, searches, newsletters, story kits, alerts, dashboards and contacts to your campaigns!

Adding an Asset from the Campaign:

  1. Select the type of asset from the Campaign Overview section. 
  2. Click the Add button

3. On the right-hand side, select the asset you would like to add.

4. Click the Save button to add the selected asset to your Campaign.



You can also add assets to Campaigns from the dashboards, reports, newsletters, or searches tabs of the Next Gen Cision Communications Cloud!

Adding an Asset from the Dashboards, Reports, Newsletters or Search Screens:

(The example below is adding New Reports to an existing campaign.)

1. Click on the Analytics tab.

2. Select New Reports.

3. On the Report Listing page, click on the Actions button. 


4. Select Add to Campaign.


5. Select the Campaign you would like to add the asset to.


6. Click the Save button to complete.

(NOTE: You can also follow steps 3-6 in the dashboards, newsletters and search screens, to add those assets to a campaign).


An alternative way to add New Reports to Campaigns:

1. Click on the Analytics tab.

2. Select New Reports.
3. Select the report you would like to view.
4. Click on the Ellipses button.

5. Select Add to Campaign.

6. Select the Campaign you would like to add the asset to.


7. Click the Save button to complete.
